职责：

  • 协助维护所有糕点的配方文件和生产计划。
  • 遵守公司规定的所有卫生程序。
  • 让管理层充分了解所有不安全/不卫生的情况、问题或异常情况。
  • 无论何时何地，都能与其他烹饪师展现卓越的团队合作能力。

资格：

  • 必须年满 18 岁。
  • 高中文凭或普通教育文凭 (GED)、烹饪学徒或烹饪学校毕业。
  • 具有四年或以上大批量糕点生产经验者优先，无论是酒店/赌场、餐厅还是面包店。
  • 能够在整个轮班期间或长时间站立。
